If you believe your bet365 account balance is incorrect, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
Unsettled Bets
It's possible that your bet may not have been settled.
You can check your bet history by completing the following steps:
-
Select My Bets at the top of the page.
-
Select Settled to see your settled bets.
We aim to settle all bets within an hour of an event finishing.
Bonus Bets
Bonus Bets are valid for seven days after being claimed. They are included in your total balance, which appears at the top right of the page. When they expire your balance will be adjusted, which may result in an unexpected change.
You can find your Bonus Bets, including the expiration dates by:
-
Selecting My Account
.
-
Your Bonus Bets and expiration dates are displayed next to your withdrawable balance.
Non-Starter
The declaration of a non-starter/scratch may affect how your bets are settled, including the potential application of a Rule 4 deduction. This can result in your account balance differing from what you expected. You can find more information on Non-Starters/Scratches and Rule 4 here.
Dead-Heat
A Dead-Heat occurs when two or more competitors finish an event in a tie, meaning they cannot be separated by judges, timings or a photo finish. This may affect your account balance as a Dead Heat can result in a lower payout than expected. You can find more information on Dead Heats here.
